What are Learning Outcomes?
Learning outcomes are statements that specify of the students’ knowledge, skills, and abilities from a learning experience.

How do you determine Learning Outcomes?
Your role as a co-op student is to participate fully in learning from the co-op experience, both in the classroom and during work assignments. Defining goals is a fundamental part of developing a progressive career.
It is encouraged for you to work with your supervisor, mentor, or a colleague that can provide objective feedback during the second practicum of your current skill level. Feedback about your performance and ways to improve will assist in completing this assignment. You will need to complete four learning outcomes in the areas of Communication, Problem Solving, Teamwork, and Transition. The purpose of this assignment is to determine a realistic assessment of your present skill and develop measurements to reach your goals. Please keep in mind that you will encounter obstacles that impede or slow progress towards achievement of your goals.
This assignment should assist in beginning to prepare for your Technical Report and Final Presentation required in Co-op Practicum III. In Co-op Practicum III, you will complete a technical report of your co-op experience(s) and presentation is given reflecting of your experience.
